Elias is a young, business minded individual. After graduating with a first class honours, he did a brief stint in the energy sector, however, he realised that he wanted to follow the family footsteps in construction and instigated the creation of GMC. He now oversees all operations spanning from the construction of the pods, marketing and sales, as well as customer relations.

Having gained a First Class Honours in Building Surveying at the University of West of England, Alex French was elected into the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2007.
In 2003 he joined Roger North Long & Partners, an independent firm of surveyors based in Cardiff, becoming Associate Partner in 2008, before leaving to set up Alex French Associates Ltd in 2010. AFA is now a successful, private company, offering a full range of building surveying services.
Having identified a gap in the marketplace for bespoke, high quality, environmentally friendly, modular extensions Alex decided to diversify and use his knowledge and expertise to develop this exciting new way of building.
Tracy French

Tracy set up and ran a recruitment consultancy in London for seven years before moving back home to South Wales with Alex in 2001. Following a part-time position as Marketing Director for a property development company, Tracy helped to set up and run Alex French Associates in 2010, a successful Chartered Building Surveying practice, based in Penarth. Her role at GMC Solutions encompasses finance, HR and day to day operations.
