Who we are
Based in South Wales, GMC Solutions Ltd designs, manufactures and installs modular extensions and garden rooms. We are the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.

Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide. This website does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, telephone number, preferred method of contact, the type of project and your message.
- Quotation requests from the 3D configurator. Your name, email address, telephone number and address, together with your timescale, budget range and a summary of the design you have prepared. Your address allows us to confirm that we cover your area and to assess site access.
- Using the configurator without enquiring. No information is transmitted to us until you submit a quotation request.
- If you become a customer. We hold the information required to deliver the project: the site address, the design, and your approval of the drawings, which records your name and the date of approval.
How we use it, and the legal basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and, should you proceed, to design, manufacture and install your project. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have made, followed by the performance of our contract with you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf. Each performs a single function and none is permitted to use your information for its own purposes.
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to us by email.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Supabase — stores enquiries and, for customers, project records, on servers within the European Union. Access to enquiries is restricted to our directors.
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page is provided by Google, which receives standard visit data when that page is loaded.
- YouTube — our videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube does not set cookies unless a video is played.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies that may be set come from the embedded Google map and from YouTube when a video is played. These can be blocked through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed to a project are retained for up to two years. Records relating to completed projects are retained for six years after completion, in line with warranty, insurance and tax requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Requests should be sent to office@greenmodularconstruction.co.uk and will be answered within one month. No fee is charged and no reason is required.
If you are dissatisfied with how your information has been handled, you may raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the opportunity to address any concern directly first.

Any change to how we handle personal information will be reflected on this page, with the date above updated accordingly.
