Factory Process

Construction begins in controlled factory conditions, where every module is built with tighter quality control, cleaner sequencing, and far greater certainty than a traditional site-led build.

Each pod is assembled with precision and consistency, allowing us to refine details, protect quality, and maintain a high-end finish before it ever reaches site.

Because this stage is protected from weather and on-site delays, programmes remain shorter, cleaner, and far more reliable.

Transportation

Once complete, the pod is transported from our unit to site through a carefully coordinated delivery route designed to keep installation day efficient and controlled.

The crane team positions the pod through a highly planned sequence, reducing the time, disruption and uncertainty usually associated with a conventional extension project.

Because the build is already complete, this stage becomes a precise delivery exercise rather than an open-ended construction programme.

Installation

Final connections, openings, and making-good works are completed efficiently once the pod is in place, with essential services and fittings already prepared.

This keeps the final stage streamlined and calm, while still delivering a fully resolved living space built to a consistently high standard.

The result is a finished extension delivered far faster, with much less mess and disruption for the client.
