Bespoke Home Gym
Project Brief
The owner of this property asked us to design and build a self-contained garden room that could be used as a gym and fitness room.
Project Outcome
The gym was to be placed at the back of a 34m long garden and so an extra-large crane was required to lift it over the house from the main road.
Ground screws were used to overcome the fact that the drainage line was running diagonally across the garden, and the pod was finished in fibre cement cladding to match the modern aesthetic of the main house.
Special features including integrated ceiling speakers, premium LED hex lighting, wall-to-wall mirrors and a ceiling-mounted infrared radiator were installed and the owner was thrilled with the finished room, which was exactly what he had visualised.
